The local server reads OpenAI’s rendered catalog plus Anthropic’s machine-readable overview and lifecycle log. Results are cached for 15 minutes, refreshed automatically, and never require an API key. If a source fails after a successful read, its last good data is marked as cached rather than silently disappearing.
